Welcome to your peaceful Seattle base in the heart of Ballard. This garden-level apartment is tucked into a classic craftsman duplex — a quiet, modern space with privacy, great natural light, and designer touches throughout.
Inside, you'll find:
A cozy lounge space with a 65” TV and comfy couches— perfect for winding down
A stylish kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and essentials to start your day
Two serene bedrooms both with extremely comfortable queen bed, with plush bedding, blackout curtains, and warm lighting

Located on a quiet walking street just minutes from downtown Ballard, this spot is ideal for exploring local cafes, breweries, shops, and weekend markets — or hopping into Fremont or downtown Seattle with ease.

This is a completely private, lower-level apartment in a classic Seattle duplex. The entrance is yours and yours alone, with keypad access and full separation from the upstairs unit.

Quick access to Fremont, Green Lake, and downtown
Free, easy street parking available right outside the gate

This is a basement-style apartment with some lower ceilings. It's bright, cozy, and quiet — but taller guests should be aware.
The kitchenette does not have a stove or burners. It is equipped with a minifridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Water is accessed from the bathroom tap or from the provided bottled water.
Light noises from the unit above can be heard but guests so far haven’t commented on it.
If you decide to bring a pet please note that the yard is mostly fenced but that pets should be kept on a leash when outside. Please do not allow pets on the beds or couches out of respect for the next guests.
