Welcome to this new listing hosted by Travel Well Properties! The best of Island living. Imagine waking up to the smell of fresh ocean air or walking the beach at sunset. This new listing is in the perfect location in the heart town and also in the golf cart zone.
🌞 GREAT Location in the golf cart zone: 5 minute drive to the beach
🌞 Large, private pool with kid friendly shallow area: Pool serviced 2X a week March-September and 1x a month October-February
🌞 Pets Welcome! There will be a $75 fee per dog up to two dogs. 50 pounds max. Please, no cats.

You will be sent a 4 digit code prior to check in for the keypad.
We require that the guest booking the home signs a rental agreement.
We provide a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of hand soap and dish soap.
Coffee: We have a drip coffee maker.
Towels: We do provide bath towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. We do provide a few beach towels but please also bring some of your own. We do have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry.
Parking: There is parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway. You may park a boat but it will take up one of the 4 spots.
Security Camera: There is a security camera at the front entrance only for your protection. Please do not tamper with the camera or the camera hub that is behind the TV console.
Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
