Not included: Lake Towels Our home is located within a gated community. After booking, please provide the full name, age, and relationship to the primary guest for everyone staying in the home (maximum occupancy: 13 guests regardless of age). This information is required to complete the community registration forms for gate access. Must be 25yrs or older to book.
All forms must be submitted to the main gate at least 3 business days prior to arrival. If the required information is not provided on time, the community charges a $100 late processing fee, which will be the guest’s responsibility. For last-minute bookings, I will gladly cover the late fee as your host.
Enjoy direct lakefront access right from the backyard! Guests can take advantage of our private dock and complimentary water toys, including two kayaks, a paddle board, and a water hammock—perfect for relaxing and exploring the lake. Swimming directly from the dock is permitted. Fishing is also allowed on the lake (catch-and-release only). Please note that anyone age 16 or older must obtain a valid Pennsylvania fishing license. While this is a power boating lake, community regulations do not permit guests to launch motorized boats or jet skis on this lake. However, if you'd like to bring your own boat or jet ski, you may launch it at the public access area on Lake Wallenpaupack, located just 15 minutes away.

Please note that all guests over the age of 7 require a guest pass, and some activities may involve additional fees charged by the community. Each guest pass lost will result in a $100 fee.
Community / House Rules
No street parking is permitted anywhere in The Hideout. A maximum of 5 cars may park in the driveway, so please plan and carpool accordingly.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please keep noise and music to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbors, as these rules are strictly enforced by community safety.
