A trail to waterfall is just a 10-min walk away, the restaurants and boutiques of downtown Mill Valley are only 5 minutes away, and San Francisco is nearby too, only 17 minutes away. The upper level of the duplex uses a separate driveway and entrance from the lower level.

– Reserved parking for guests
– Note: The owner lives in a small cottage on far side of property
