Bring the whole family to this fantastic place with plenty of room for fun in popular Gullbranna!
The house, at 185 sqm (~1,990 sq ft), offers plenty of space with a ground floor featuring 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a laundry room, a guest toilet, and a bathroom.
The upper floor offers 3 bedrooms, one of which is a spacious master bedroom with its own smaller en-suite bathroom with shower.
The house also has a large deck with a grill, dining table, lounge seating, and 2 sun loungers. The large lawn offers plenty of space for play!
The living room has a newly installed wood-burning stove for cold and cozy autumn and winter evenings.
Bed linens and shower towels are included (1 per person).
Non-smoking and no pets.
There's an outdoor spa/hot tub on the deck that is NOT included in the rental.
The trampoline on the property is quite old — use is at your own risk.
Gullbranna is a small community located halfway between Halmstad and Laholm, about 12 km south of Halmstad city center. Here you live close to nature, with the sea and popular beaches to the west, less than 1 km away, and forest to the east. In Gullbranna you'll find some of Halland's most impressive sand dunes. Behind the dunes, large areas of aeolian sand stretch out with planted pine forest that supports a rich wildlife — sand martins, meadow pipits, and grey partridges nest here, among other species.
The area has a tennis court, a boules court, a football pitch, and a basketball hoop.
There's an unmanned grocery store available, and Gullbrannagården — a conference facility, campsite, and hostel — hosts a range of activities. It also has a shop and a restaurant. Gullbrannagården offers a bunch of great activities such as mini-golf, tennis, a BMX track, table tennis, beach volleyball, a boules court, a mountain bike trail, and — during summer — a hobby-horse course. Bike rental is available with bikes for both adults and children. The facility also has two well-equipped playgrounds with a bouncy pillow, a buddy swing, sandboxes, climbing frames, a zip line, and trampolines. Equipment can be borrowed or rented at reception, and Gullbrannagården's shop has a good selection of beach toys.
It's just a 10-minute drive to the Hallarna shopping center, with plenty of shops and stores.
In the neighboring Tönnersa nature reserve, there's an excellent hiking trail with several rest areas.
It's a 15-minute walk or a 7-minute bike ride to Gullbranna beach!
Laxvik is about a 15-minute bike ride away.
It's a 10-minute drive to Mellbystrand/Laholm. Tylösand is about 30 minutes away by car, and Halmstad city center is 20 minutes away. Båstad is about 26 minutes away.
