* Check-In & Check-Out: Standard arrival begins at 4:00 PM via the front desk concierge, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may be subject to a nominal fee depending on availability.
* Building Security & Registration: For your peace of mind and safety, the tower features 24/7 on-site security and surveillance. Only pre-registered guests on the building's official arrival list are permitted on the property. No unregistered visitors or unauthorized extra guests are allowed at any time.
* No Pets & No Parties: To comply with the tower’s residential regulations, pets are strictly prohibited, and loud gatherings, events, or commercial activities are not allowed.
* Quiet Hours: Let’s keep the vibe relaxed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM so everyone in the building can enjoy a restful night.
* Host & Maintenance Availability: We are here to assist you with maintenance or property requests from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. From 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM, our team responds to urgent property emergencies only. Non-emergencies (such as Wi-Fi troubleshooting or TV questions) will be handled promptly the following morning.
* Damages & Specialty Cleaning: Accidents happen! Please report any accidental damage right away. If extensive deep cleaning or repairs are required post-stay, additional fees will apply.
* Optional Cleaning Services: While complimentary mid-stay cleanings are not provided, we are happy to arrange professional cleaning services during your stay for an additional fee. Please request this in advance to secure a slot.
