Welcome to The Sailor’s Nest at Bear Lake—a comfortable retreat redesigned for smaller off-season family gatherings, relaxed weekends, and memorable off-season getaways with 10 or fewer guests. You ‘ll enjoy the same comfort and amenities as you do with a whole home reservation. The only difference is you have access to only three of our bedrooms instead of all six. This makes your smaller group stay more affordable!

Bear Lake’s off-season is a wonderful time to experience Bear Lake with fewer crowds, scenic drives, beautiful scenery, boating when conditions allow, lake walks, ALL the winter sports (tubing, riding snow-mobiles, and skiing--Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is only 10 miles away!) and, of course, quiet evenings back at the house!

Guests can also enjoy seasonal free access to the community pool and pickleball court just steps from the front door during the warmer months.

The Family Bunk Room is a favorite for families, featuring a queen bed, a triple bunk bed, a 55” Roku TV with guest access so you can stream your own subscriptions, a private bathroom, a walk-in closet with space for a pack-and-play, and a corner desk for quick work check-ins if needed.

Two additional bedrooms share an external bathroom, and each of these rooms includes a queen bed, a 43” Roku TV with guest access for streaming your own subscriptions, and enough space for little ones to sleep on the floor.

Upstairs, the main gathering space brings everyone together with a welcoming dining area and cozy living room complete with a full-size hide-a-bed and a 55” Roku TV with guest access for streaming your own subscriptions. It’s an ideal spot for slow mornings, casual meals, puzzles, games, and just relaxing together after time on the lake or time exploring Bear Lake’s off-season adventures.

Downstairs, the basement gathering room offers extra space to spread out, watch movies, play games, or enjoy a quiet night in. Guests can enjoy a 75” Roku TV with guest access, a selection of games, and plenty of comfortable seating, including two full-size couches, two love seats, and a giant Lovesac.
