The villa is just 20 meters from the beach, and a 20-minute walk from Hvar town (1.5 km), the island's main town with all the essential amenities, as well as historic buildings, museums, galleries, and a vibrant night life.

In the basement, you will find the spa area (with sauna).

On the first floor, you will find four double bedrooms (with king size beds and air conditioning) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers) and access to a private balcony (reached by internal stairs).
The outside space includes a private heated swimming pool with sun loungers (11m x 4m; open during the period the villa is rented) and a large outdoor terrace with a furnished sitting area and alfresco dining area (with table seating 10). An open-air gym, outdoor shower and private parking is also available.
