Nestled in a National Landscape, this beautifully converted previous farm stable offers an ideal base for exploring the stunning South Hams. Just a short 1.5 miles drive away, you can visit the charming shingle beach of Beesands, home to a pub, café, and restaurant. For a change of scenery, take a stroll through the traditional English market town of Kingsbridge located 6.5 miles away, situated on its own estuary and surrounded by lush, rolling countryside—perfect for walkers and water sports enthusiasts alike. A visit to the picturesque village of Salcombe is highly recommended, where you can enjoy a wide range of on and off-water activities accessed within 12 miles.
Accessible from the ground floor, the master bedroom features a king size bed as its focal point, with plenty of space available for a travel cot if needed. Adjacent to it is a spacious family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Both rooms are fitted with painted wooden shutters, allowing control of natural light and enabling a refreshing breeze to flow through on warmer days while ensuring complete privacy. Across the corridor, the spacious second bedroom can be arranged with a super king-size bed or, for families with , two single beds, this room also has a spacious ensuite walk in shower room and WC.
