Spend your days exploring Yellowstone National Park, hiking scenic trails, fishing Henry’s Lake and the Henry’s Fork, boating, horseback riding, sightseeing, snowmobiling, or enjoying the many year round activities throughout Island Park. Then return to your private cabin to grill dinner, play games, relax by the propane fireplace, or enjoy the mountain views from your private deck.

-Master Suite features a king bed, private en suite bathroom. The master suite is located on the bottom floor.

-Bedroom 3 features a queen bed.
-Bedroom 4 features a twin over twin bunk bed.
-Pull out sofa bed located upstairs in the second living room loft.

Three full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and starter toiletries.

WILDLIFE;
-One of the special experiences of staying in Island Park is the opportunity to experience nature up close.
-Moose, elk, deer, foxes, bald eagles, and other woodland wildlife are frequently seen in the area. A moose has even been known to bed down in the yard.
-Keep your eyes open while enjoying the deck or exploring the surrounding grove of trees. You may even hear the resident bald eagle and her chicks.
-This is a genuine mountain cabin surrounded by nature. Insects, spiders, and other wildlife can occasionally enter the property. Please keep doors closed when possible and take reasonable precautions to avoid bringing insects or wildlife into the cabin.

YELLOWSTONE AND OTHER ATTRACTIONS
-This location is an outdoor enthusiast’s dream!

SUMMER AND FALL;
-Enjoy hiking, fishing, fly fishing, boating, horseback riding, wildlife viewing, scenic drives, and sightseeing throughout Island Park and the surrounding Yellowstone region.
-Nearby attractions include Yellowstone National Park, Henry’s Lake, Henry’s Fork, Madison River, Mesa Falls, Johnny Sack Cabin, and Sawtelle Peak.

WINTER;
-Island Park becomes a winter playground, especially for snowmobile enthusiasts.
-Enjoy access to more than 500 miles of snowmobile trails in the area, ice fishing on Henry’s Lake, and the spectacular snowy mountain landscape surrounding Yellowstone.
-During winter and snowy weather, high clearance four wheel drive vehicles with snow tires are recommended and may be necessary. Mountain weather can change quickly, and snowstorms can make access more challenging.
-The main driveway and walkways are plowed and cleared, but additional snow can fall between maintenance visits. A snow shovel is available at the front door.
-The driveway in front of the cabin accommodates approximately 2 to 3 vehicles and trailer parking.

-Mountain terrain may include uneven ground and areas with limited outdoor lighting.
-Mountain weather can change quickly, particularly during winter.
-Winter guests should plan for snow and use an appropriate high clearance four wheel drive vehicle with snow tires.
-The property operates on community electrical and Wi Fi systems. Occasional slowdowns may occur during peak vacation periods.
-Guests must observe local capacity limits and burn ordinances.
-Please be respectful of neighbors
-Motion activated video and audio devices are present and may monitor outdoors near entrances, parking and driveway areas for security purposes.
-Please communicate through the booking platform whenever possible and contact property management immediately if an issue or emergency occurs.
