Welcome to the charming 2-bedroom bungalow, unit N08 at Imbassaí Privilege!
We offer a comfortable, cozy environment, perfect for enjoying with friends and family. The property features:
• 1 suite with a double bed
• 1 suite with two single beds and an extra bed
Both are air-conditioned. On the ground floor there is a powder room and living room with Smart TV and sofa bed. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped with appliances to facilitate your stay: microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, as well as a water filter and utensils. The veranda guarantees an airy and comfortable environment with a dining table and barbecue to gather friends and family during your vacation rental. Additionally, there is an indoor area with a sofa and armchairs for relaxing in the late afternoons. There is also a service area.
We comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (including the sofa bed).
Our apartment is located in the Imbassaí Privilege Condominium, a development overlooking the Imbassaí River with private access just a few meters from the beach, facing the natural pool area of Costa dos Coqueiros. A major advantage for mobility is the exclusive road and bike path connecting to the center of Imbassaí. The condominium offers 24-hour security, parking, a club with an adult and children's pool with a support kiosk, a gourmet area with barbecue and pizza oven, a wet deck, a children's playground, a beach tennis court, and a bridge providing access to a refreshing swim in the Imbassaí River.
The location is privileged, close to the charming village of Imbassaí, situated 65 km from Salvador International Airport, and only 12 km from the village of Praia do Forte. In the village, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, souvenir shops, as well as a spectacle of rare beauty: the meeting of the river with the sea.
