Welcome to Casa Pé na Areia – House E01, at Praia da Espera!
The perfect beach house to bring together family and friends by the sea:
With direct beach access through a gate in the garden, the house offers 5 air-conditioned suites and 2 additional air-conditioned bedrooms, distributed between the main house (04) and the chalet (03). Perfect for hosting large groups, it features a living room with television for relaxation, as well as an integrated dining area and a mini bar for preparing drinks. The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with a large island for meal preparation, cabinets, microwave, freezer, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, water filter, and complete utensils.
The outdoor area invites you to relax and enjoy your free time. The veranda has a long table for outdoor dining, along with a cozy area with a hammock. The charcoal barbecue grill is fully equipped, and the available freezer adds extra convenience. The pool is perfect for relaxing, with tables, chairs, and umbrellas available. The large garden allows both adults and children to play sports and enjoy the open space.

Praia da Espera is one of the most beautiful beaches in Itacimirim, with its natural pools and excellent infrastructure. The house is just a 10-minute walk from the Le Poretton restaurant, and on the main street of Itacimirim, just a few kilometers away, you’ll find the village’s shopping center.
