Offering light and cosy holiday accommodation for up to four guests, this cheerful, beautifully presented retreat is perfect for beach lovers, sightseers and nature spotters keen to discover an idyllic part of the serene Norfolk countryside. The property lies in a residential part of Sheringham, about a mile from the sandy beach which is lined with rock pools, with colourful beach huts along the promenade. Specialising in locally caught lobster and crab, this delightful resort has a wealth of great places to eat and drink and is home to the North Norfolk Railway which runs steam trains through the countryside to the Georgian town of Holt (6.5 miles). Heading east along the coast, the lively Victorian-era seaside town of Cromer (6.5 miles) has a gorgeous beach and an impressive pier; to the west are quieter beaches and villages including Weybourne, Cley next the Sea and Blakeney, all within 14 miles.
Entering this light and spacious, charmingly decorated holiday home you will be greeted by a cosy lounge with a Smart TV and ample seating, providing an ideal space for everyone to get together and unwind after a busy day. This leads straight into a stylishly arranged kitchen/diner with a sociable dining table to one side, ideally positioned next to a beautifully organised and fully equipped kitchen space with ample storage and sleek worktops. The first is a cheerful king-size room with a refreshing en-suite shower room, and the second is a snug twin.
From the kitchen, sliding doors lead out into a sweet and enclosed garden with ample outdoor seating, which provides a relaxing spot for dining alfresco or enjoying a morning coffee before setting off to discover a stunning corner of Norfolk. Private off-road parking is available for two cars.
