This wonderfully scenic spot offers the serenity only the countryside provides, with tracks and trails through woodland and rolling landscapes beginning from the doorstep. Soak up authentic Kent charm at the local village of Laddingford; with beautiful countryside in every direction, it's an ideal base for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers alike. Uncover the historic grandeur and acres of gardens at Penshurst Place, 14.5 miles away, or spot wild deer in the magnificent surroundings of Knole Park, 17 miles away. Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest, 12 miles away, provides even more wonderful trails for walking and cycling. The market towns of Maidstone, Tonbridge and Royal Tunbridge Wells can all be reached within 10 miles.
