Relax in the spacious primary bedroom, featuring a king bed, cozy sitting area, and TV. This private retreat includes an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and room-darkening shutters for the perfect night's sleep.
Two other bedrooms provide a king and a queen bed and each has a desk for a dedicated workspace and a TV. The office has a comfortable large desk as well as a fold out queen bed.
The fully stocked kitchen has 5 barstools and a table that seats 6. The deck has a gas griddle and a table that seats 6. Stairs lead down to a backyard play area for kids with a swing set, a sandbox, and a playhouse with outdoor toys. A gas firepit is on the lower patio. A Wolf 8 burner grill is available for use on the middle patio with notice to the downstairs residents.
The Layton Temple is only 1.3 miles away (3 minutes). Lagoon amusement park is 7 miles, a 10 minute drive. SnowBasin ski resort is 21 miles away (25 minutes). Hill Air Force Base’s South Gate is 7 miles away (11 minutes).
