For your safety and our protection, we have an exterior camera focused only on the entrance and yard.

You will have your own private gravel parking area for 2 cars and a separate entry. AWD or 4WD necessary after large snowstorms. We will do our best to clear snow before your arrival, but sometimes Mother Nature beats us home. Codes provided for anytime check-in and guest convenience.

Fun access to laundry room through hidden door and new remodel for additional morning space to get ready for your day.

Firepit available upon approval and supervision in fully fenced lower yard separated from our pups by an easily opened gate if desired.

Easy non-sidewalk walking through neighborhood and access to hiking and mountain biking trails just across the interstate.

Texting will be your easiest contact with us. We will give you complete privacy unless you express interest in meeting your upstairs neighbors (us). We are happy to provide suggestions on fun things to do, trails to explore, or restaurants to indulge. We hope to make your stay memorable.

We live on a gravel road without street lights to obstruct your evening starlit views. This also means we have a fairly quiet neighborhood. There is traffic on our road and you can hear a gentle buzz from the interstate just a short jaunt away for you to hop on to access your Montana adventures.

We have poor access to public transportation. Please come prepared with rental or personal vehicle.

You will have quick access to I-12 and I-15.

Helena has so much to offer! Whether you're here for business or pleasure, we hope our home is the perfect lodging option for you. Within 45 minutes of our house you can find a ski area (Great Divide), 3 lakes, the Missouri River, world-renowned mountain biking trails, 7 breweries and an adorable historic downtown. We are also quite close to being the halfway point between Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks.

Our short duration rental limit will happily be broken for those filling a locum position, here for legislative session, or similar situations. Please inquire.
