Also less than 1 mile from the fringes of the rolling Mendip Hills, it is ideal for those who enjoy walking and wildlife watching. Magnificent Cheddar Gorge is just 6 miles away and Wookey Hole Caves are a distance of 12 miles. Venture into the tiny city of Wells, 13.5 miles away, to visit the cathedral and wander through the Bishop’s Palace and Gardens. Head to the coast at Weston-super-Mare to spend time on the beach and enjoy traditional seaside attractions.
