Nestled in a peaceful setting in the heart of the Loire countryside, Le Clos Saint-Jean welcomes you to a former farmhouse, fully renovated in 2023, designed to offer space, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere to all travelers.

Comprising a spacious 290 m² house that can accommodate up to 14 people, you will be captivated from the moment you enter by its 100 m² living room, bathed in light thanks to large bay windows opening onto an 80 m² panoramic terrace. The fully equipped kitchen, arranged around a large central island, will delight cooking enthusiasts, while the wood-burning stove, which also serves as an oven, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for evenings spent together. In total, there are five comfortable bedrooms, four of which are on the ground floor with king-size beds, and a family room on the garden level equipped with four single beds (90 cm). Three bathrooms, a bathtub, three toilets, a 50 m² games room, and a private 10x5 m indoor heated pool (open year-round) complete this property designed for gatherings with family and friends.

On-site, a 16 m² air-conditioned Tiny House for 2 to 4 people was entirely designed and built by Nathalie and Sébastien. The main living area is on one level and features a bright open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge. A sofa bed provides an additional sleeping space. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet for optimal comfort. Upstairs, a mezzanine, accessible by a steep ladder, houses the sleeping area with a 140x190 cm bed and a reading nook with a chaise lounge suitable for a child.

For added comfort, beds are made upon arrival, and towels and cleaning are optional. At the end of a country lane, Le Clos Saint-Jean reveals a setting conducive to relaxation, nestled between verdant hills, pastures, and sweeping vistas.
From the terrace or living room, the first rays of sunshine illuminate the landscapes of Sail-les-Bains.
Just a few minutes away, outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby hiking trails, while heritage lovers can discover the charm of the medieval village of Le Crozet and its Museum of Folk Arts and Traditions. Food lovers can extend their escape with local flavors, from fine dining to regional products like the wines of the Côte Roannaise.
