Private summer house with fruit garden in Kulhuse

This vacation home is located on a lot behind another lot, so you’ll have the garden all to yourselves. Although the house is only 61 square meters, it feels spacious—the terrace surrounding the house expands the living space, and light floods into the large living area with a sofa, dining table, and kitchen.



The interior has been updated with a new kitchen and a new bathroom, and everything is ready for use. The living area brings the house together and naturally serves as the focal point of your stay. Here, you’ll find space to cook, eat, and relax without having to go far.



The garden is private and filled with fruit trees and fruit bushes, which you’re welcome to pick from during your stay. The patio wraps around the house and provides plenty of outdoor space, no matter where you prefer to sit throughout the day.



250 meters from the house, you’ll find a swimming pier where you can swim and catch crabs. Kulhuse Harbor and beach are 1.2 km away and are especially child-friendly with shallow waters at low tide. From here, you can take the Columbus ferry to Lysnæs Harbor or Hundested Harbor in under 10 minutes. The bicycles are included with the house and are ideal for exploring Nordskov and its hiking trails.
