Property at Reriker Straße 26, Lohr: Modern and Spacious 3-Bedroom Apartment

This modern and spacious 3-room duplex apartment (approx. 60 m²) on the 1st and 2nd floors (no elevator) spans two floors via an interior staircase. The apartment offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The living area features high-quality laminate flooring; the two bedrooms have modern vinyl flooring with an elegant wood-grain finish; and the entryway, kitchen, and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The vacation rental sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious hallway, which features a coat rack, wall mirror, and shoe cabinet, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The inviting and modern living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, ottoman, and coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, a sideboard, and various shelves and cabinets. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny, approximately 5 m² balcony (facing south) with balcony furniture and an awning. Here, you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with 2 modern flat-screen TVs. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator, separate freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The spacious and cozy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious built-in closet with a large mirror, two dressers, two chairs, and a stool.

The separate, additional second bedroom (on the upper floor) features two comfortable fold-out armchairs (90 cm x 200 cm), a nightstand with a bedside lamp, a spacious built-in closet, several built-in cabinets in the sloped ceiling areas, a small desk with a chair, a wall mirror, and an additional TV.

To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms also have roller shutters.

The bright bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower, a sink with a vanity and mirror cabinet, a spacious bathroom cabinet, a toilet, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, a towel radiator, and ample storage space.

A washing machine is also available in the bathroom for washing your vacation clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed on the property. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
