Please use the provided pet blankets if pets will be on the furniture.
Pets are not permitted on the white accent chair in the living room.
Please clean up after your pets before checkout.

Swim at your own risk.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
No diving, running, or rough play around the pool.
The pool is not heated.
Pool service takes place every Wednesday. Please leave the side gate unlocked on Wednesdays so the pool technician can access the backyard.
📮 No access to the mailbox will be given during the term of a Short Term Rental stay. Should a guest need to receive mail, guest must open a PO BOX. It is okay to mail packages directly to the front door. Management company will not be responsible for any lost/stolen mail.
🧹 Long-Term Stays:
For stays over 30 days, an additional cleaning fee may apply. This helps us maintain the quality and cleanliness of the home during extended visits. We’ll be in touch if this applies to your booking.
