• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
• Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to approval.
• Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.
• No parties allowed.
• Small gatherings are subject to approval.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Please take care of your trash during your stay.
• Additional charges may be applied for excessive waste left in the property.
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas, the laundry, the outdoor deck and entertaining space, with room for two cars in driveway & additional off-street parking.
Guests do NOT have access to locked cupboards at the property.
