This is a small vintage camper best suited for one guest or two guests who are comfortable sharing a close, cozy space. It is ideal for independent and adventurous travelers, couples, outdoor enthusiasts, and guests who enjoy glamping-style accommodations.

THE CAMPER
The camper includes:
• Comfortable sleeping area
• Small kitchenette with sink and basic cooking essentials
• Small refrigerator
• Camper toilet
• Water and electricity
• Outdoor seating and backyard access
The camper has limited gray and black tank capacity. Guests staying for longer periods may be asked to use the traditional restroom in the adjacent main house when available, particularly during daytime hours.
SHOWER & RESTROOM
The camper currently has outdoor shower facilities rather than a traditional indoor shower.
The outdoor shower may include propane-heated water and/or a heated-hose option.
When the adjacent main house is available, camper guests may also be permitted to use its indoor shower and traditional bathroom. Please inquire before booking if indoor shower or bathroom access is important to you, as availability depends on whether the main house is occupied.
BACKYARD SPA EXPERIENCE
The property also features a growing backyard spa and relaxation area, which may include:
• Hot tub
• Sauna
• Gazebo and lounge area
• Seasonal pool
• Outdoor shower
• Additional outdoor relaxation spaces
IMPORTANT: Booking the camper does not automatically include private or unlimited use of all spa amenities.
There may be other overnight or spa guests on the property during your stay.
Camper guests may enjoy the gazebo when it is open and not privately reserved. However, guests who want scheduled or exclusive gazebo use should reserve the gazebo separately.
Hot tub, sauna, pool and other spa experiences may require advance scheduling and the applicable standard fee.
Special or customized spa-use arrangements may sometimes be available for overnight guests.
If you plan to use any part of the spa during your stay, please contact the host in advance for availability, pricing and scheduling. A booking link can be provided upon request.

Water gallons are available for drinking and use.
