About this villa rental
Eco-Stay Cyprus warmly welcomes you to the “City of Gold”—Polis Chrysochous! Our villas are now open for a well-deserved eco-vacation! Surrounded by nature, safety, privacy, and comfort are our top priorities for our guests. Sustainable tourism is our responsibility!

A warm welcome to our Eco-Stay concept in Cyprus!
Our two eco-villas are located just 200 m from the cleanest stretch of the Mediterranean Sea (Blue Flag), a 7-minute walk from the campground’s beautiful and unique natural sandy beach in the eucalyptus forest, 800 m from the Old Town center, and 2 km from the port of Latchi, surrounded by nature and orchards. The private access road to our location leads directly to the sea, so you don’t need to rent a car to go for a swim or enjoy the fresh sea air whenever you like.
Our eco-friendly accommodations opened in mid-June 2024 for our wonderful guests. We offer you a unique and well-deserved “Eco-Stay” experience and a special opportunity in Cyprus!
Our two eco-villas feature private entrances, ample parking, a solar power system, non-slip marble floors outdoors and in the bathrooms, a water softener, a reverse osmosis system for drinking water, 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, a guest restroom, and an outdoor restroom by the pool (all hygienically cleaned). All bedrooms offer sea and mountain views as well as a balcony; comfortable new mattresses, ecologically cleaned linens, and towels are provided and changed regularly at no extra charge. The master bedroom features a smart TV.
High-speed internet and Netflix are included in the price.
Outdoor area
Dining and cooking facilities including a foukou, a gas grill and sink, wooden sun loungers with mattresses, a green area, an UV light filtration system for the spacious swimming pool (installed in an utility room), and a storage room for free use or storage.

Private access to the sea, property enclosed by a stone wall, private parking for 4 cars, sense of security and privacy, eco-friendly surroundings.
Natural cosmetics for guests, dish towels, face and body towels, bathrobes, slippers, and bed linens made from natural fibers, primarily cotton; Household cleaning supplies are available, as are hypoallergenic, skin-friendly organic laundry detergents and toiletries for our guests’ use.
Yes, there’s a recycling station ♻️!
Bicycles and two paddleboards are available for rent!

Minimum stay of 3 days during the off-season. During the high season, a minimum stay of 7 days applies. Viewings are possible before booking, but only by appointment.
