This home is best suited for large families and groups comfortable with shared and open sleeping spaces.
Some sleeping areas are loft-style without doors, and a few rooms are accessed by passing through others.
Primary Suite (Upstairs):
A peaceful retreat with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom—ideal for parents or group leaders seeking privacy.
Bedroom 2 (Main Floor):
Queen bed with an attached bathroom, perfect for guests who prefer easy access without stairs.
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs - Accessed Through Loft):
Features two queen beds and is reached by passing through the loft areas, making it best for families or close-knit groups.
Loft Sleeping Area - Right Side (Upstairs):
Open loft space with one queen bed and two twin beds. A cozy layout with lower ceiling clearance in some areas. Guests should use extra care when moving around upstairs, especially taller guests. This sleeping area offers a more open loft-style setup ano partially open to the level below.
Loft Sleeping Area - Left Side (Upstairs):
Additional open loft sleeping area, ideal for flexible group arrangements.
Bunk Room (Downstairs):
Accessed through the game and movie rooms, this fun-filled space includes four twin bunk beds (8 twin beds total), plus basketball and foosball games— perfect for kids and teens.
** BATHROOMS **
The home includes 3.5 bathrooms, conveniently located throughout the property. Each bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and all essentials for a comfortable stay.
Bathroom on the second level has a lower ceiling clearance. Please extra care when moving around, especially taller guests.
** KITCHEN & RELAXING AREAS **
The open-concept kitchen is built for group gatherings, featuring stainless steel appliances, a large island, and a spacious dining table. WHAT TO EXPECT:
The home layout is unique and you will need to travel through some bedrooms to get to others and some of them don't have doors.
• Some rooms may not have full blackout window coverings, so natural light may enter the space in the morning. Guests who are light sleepers or traveling with young children may wish to plan accordingly.
+ Back Deck Safety: Please use caution on the back deck and supervise children at all times. The deck includes an area where it ends without a railing, soguests should be especially mindful when enjoying the outdoor space.
+ The home is close to neighbors. Sound travels far, please be respectful of your noise levels at all times throughout the day and especially during quiet hours so our neighbors can enjoy the peaceful area they live in. Abiding by the quiet hours is a must
• Partying, smoking, and any violation of the house rules will result in a $1,000 charge and possible removal from the property.
+ We always suggest getting travel insurance for those "life happens" moments
+ You may encounter wildlife such as deer and even bears. Please remove all food from your vehicles, close and latch outdoor trash bins, and keep an eye on any pets you may have with you.
+ Our homes are in the mountains, so despite regular pest control, you may see mice, spiders, or lizards— especially if doors are left open, even briefly.
Driveway parking is available for up to 6 vehicles.
Please don't block the dumpster so the trash company can come to replace it if necessary.
