My home in Oak Point is located in one of the city’s most desirable residential communities, near Lake Lewisville, a scenic lake with parks, walking trails, and Little Elm Beach (~5 min), a sandy swim area with lakefront views and recreational spaces. Within minutes, you’ll find restaurants, shops, and everyday conveniences, and a short drive connects you to nearby cities including Frisco, The Colony, and Plano, offering additional dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

Pets allowed only with prior approval and a pet fee. Small dogs ONLY (under 25 lbs) must be well-behaved and kept in a kennel when left alone. Must include pet in the reservation. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
Early check-in/check-out may be available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance. We’re happy to accommodate when possible, and the fee will vary depending on how early/late the requested check-in/check-out time is.
6 people maximum at property at any time, including visitors (not just overnight guests).
Exterior security cameras are installed for safety, including a doorbell camera at the front entrance and cameras at the front yard and backyard. The cameras are motion-activated and may record video and audio when triggered. All devices are outside the home and do not monitor any interior spaces
