Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the pool, hot tub, private beach boardwalk, elevator, covered outdoor spaces, and all living areas. Parking is available for up to five vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

Situated on beautiful St. George Island, this home is only a short distance from local restaurants, shops, the lighthouse, fishing charters, parks, and island activities. Explore the island by bike, golf cart, or car while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere that makes St. George Island one of Florida’s favorite beach destinations.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring the island, although many attractions are just a short drive or golf cart ride away. Golf carts are welcome on St. George Island, making it easy to enjoy the beach, restaurants, and shopping



Other Things to Note:

The elevator is provided as a convenience for guests. While we make every effort to keep it in working order, mechanical issues can occasionally occur without warning. Because service technicians and parts may not be immediately available on the island, elevator operation cannot be guaranteed, and refunds or discounts will not be provided due to elevator interruptions. Guests should be prepared to use the stairs if necessary.



The private pool can be heated for $450 per week or $75 per day (minimum charges may apply). A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required so we can have the system prepared before your arrival.

When pool heat is added, the system is designed to maintain the water approximately 10–15°F above the outdoor temperature, depending on weather conditions. Water temperature may fluctuate during colder weather.
