This 111 m² holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests and features a private swimming pool, a large wooden terrace and a garden opening onto the surrounding countryside.
With no overlooking neighbours, you can enjoy complete peace and beautiful views of nature from the terrace or pool. In the neighbouring meadow, you may even spot the local Quercy sheep grazing peacefully.

The house has retained the character of the original barn while offering comfortable and practical living spaces. The large wooden terrace wraps around the house, creating a natural connection between the indoor spaces, garden and swimming pool.
GROUND FLOOR
1. Large open-plan living area. A spacious open-plan area includes :

- dining area
- open-plan fitted and fully equipped kitchen (oven, toaster, kettle, bean-to-cup coffee machine, hob, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood)
In warmer weather, the house opens naturally onto the terrace and outdoor areas.
When temperatures are cooler, the pellet stove creates a warm and cosy atmosphere, making the house equally enjoyable outside the summer season.
2. A separate WC completes the ground floor.
3. Master suite with terrace access. Bedroom 1 is a true private suite, overlooking the swimming pool and offering direct access to the terrace. Its private shower room includes:

In the morning, just a few steps take you from the bedroom onto the terrace, where you can enjoy views of the pool and surrounding countryside.
