**Please note ** To keep the garden looking its best for every guest, our approved, long standing gardening team visits every other Friday between 10am - 1pm for routine maintenance. They access the garden only via the side entrance and at no point enter the main house or interact with guests. This is a pre arranged, authorised visit that forms part of our standard property upkeep, so please don't be alarmed if you notice them working in the garden during your stay. No action or engagement is needed from guests.

Head upstairs to the first floor to find the remaining bedrooms. A double room comes with its own private ensuite bathroom. A bunk-bed room and a further single room share a family bathroom on the same floor. This keeps things practical and easy even with a full group. A further WC sits on the ground floor.
Step outside and the property continues to impress. Secure off street driveway parking for 4 to 5 cars is available on site at no additional cost. A lovely back garden completes the picture.
