- A 70 m² living area with a TV, sofa, fireplace (firewood not provided) and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
On level -1, you will find:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bedroom with four single beds (90×190), including a bunk bed
- A games room
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
- A utility room
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outdoors:
- A private, unfenced garden of 2,000 m²
- A 50 m² balcony, facing north-west, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
