The Cocoonr agency is offering this fully renovated Anglo-Norman villa for rent in Ouistreham, 700 metres from the beach. It has a floor area of 66 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
A few steps lead up to the house, where you’ll find:
- A lovely, light-filled open-plan living area with a TV, a sofa, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen, which is brand new and fully equipped, including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200), a clothes rail and a luggage rack
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bed frame with built-in storage
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
- A utility area
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A lovely, south-west-facing garden with trees, fully enclosed, covering 500 m² and furnished for enjoying sunny days

- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, 25 km away
