Cocoonr is offering this charming 35 m² flat in Rumilly for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
Located on the 2nd and top floor (no lift) of a historic 15th-century house, the accommodation comprises the following:
- A 20 m² living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 single beds, 90×190), a TV and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A north-facing bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a wardrobe.
- A bathroom with a shower.
- A separate toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.
The flat is ideally situated in Rumilly, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Things to do:
– Explore Rumilly town centre, just a 3-minute walk away.
– Visit Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, 15 minutes away by car or train.
– Hiking, walking, cycling, running, etc.
– Cinema
– Ski resort less than 1 hour 30 minutes away by car.
A walk in the countryside, and access to the River Néphaz, directly from the rear of the building.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat (public car parks).
