Built in 2021, this 4-bedroom/4-bath Majestic condo with 2 living spaces is the ideal choice for family vacations and reunions. Everything is fresh and modern, featuring brand-new furniture and tasteful decor throughout. Located within Branson city limits, you are just 5 minutes from shows and dining, 10 minutes from Silver Dollar City, and right around the cove from State Park Marina for boat slips and rentals!
Need more space for a larger group? We also manage a 3-bedroom unit one door down and two additional units in the same building—allowing you to sleep up to 40 guests in total!
The main living area boasts main-channel lake views from both the huge patio and the climate-controlled four-seasons room. Relax on the comfortable sofa and reclining chairs, gather around the breakfast bar, or catch a movie on the large flat-screen TV with free Wi-Fi included. The heated and cooled four-seasons room features a game/snack table, a sleeper sofa, and a TV for extra guests. It is the ultimate spot to enjoy your morning coffee at sunrise, take in the sunset, or unwind after a busy day in town!
The fully equipped kitchen features sleek quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a massive island, and everything you need to prepare anything from a quick snack to a full Thanksgiving feast. Between the dining table (seats 6), the sunroom table (seats 4), and the kitchen island bar (seats 6), there is plenty of room for everyone to dine together. We also provide a grill, a full-size washer and dryer, and our signature starter supplies—from Crock-Pots and cookie sheets to welcome snacks and paper products.
All 4 bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level—simply park out front and walk right in with zero stairs! There are 3 king suites, each with its own en-suite full bathroom and satellite TV, offering the perfect blend of togetherness and privacy. The 4th bedroom features 2 double beds, making it great for kids or singles. Every bed is outfitted with luxury linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.
You can't beat this location: no 30-minute drives sitting in traffic at 10:00 PM—you can finish your show, grab ice cream from Andy's, and be back at the condo before it melts! While the on-site outdoor pool is not available for guest use at this location, White Water and the Branson RecPlex are just minutes away, and Table Rock Lake offers endless water recreation.
