Escape to the mountains and unwind at Spur Ridge Cabin, a spacious and charming retreat nestled just minutes from Bass Lake and a short drive to Yosemite's South Gate. With room for up to 16 guests including children, this 3 bedroom with a loft space is perfect for family gatherings, group getaways, or peaceful mountain escapes.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
+ Sound travels far, please be respectful of quiet hours and our neighbors
+ We suggest bringing a 4x4 or chains in the winter (October-March)
+ We stock firewood periodically. We suggest bringing some (just in case!) if you are going to have a fire. If there's any there, you are welcome to use it.
+ Partying, smoking, and any violation of the house rules will result in a $1,000 charge + We always suggest getting travel insurance for those "life happens" moments
+ You may encounter wildlife such as deer and even bears. Please remove all food from your vehicles, close and latch outdoor trash bins, and keep an eye on any pets you may have with you.
•Parking: Limited to 4 vehicles maximum. Please plan accordingly, as additional cars are not permitted.

Guests will have access to the entire home. No parking access is granted to the garage.

PERSONAL AMENITIES:
We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners.
ENTRY:
A keypad is located on the main entrance of the house. A personalized entry code will be provided to you prior to your stay.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
The outdoor space includes BBQ grill and ample dining tables, chairs, and couch.
PARKING:
On-Site Parking: There are 2 parking spots available in the driveway and 2 additional spots to the left of the property
Street Parking: Parking on the street is strictly prohibited at all times to ensure that access for neighbors and emergency vehicles remains clear
Oversized Vehicles: If you have more than 4 cars or any oversized vehicles, they must be parked off-site Overflow Parking Options
If your group requires additional space, you may consider the following:
**Ducey's Lot: This lot may be available for overflow parking Monday through Friday only; it is not available on weekends
