The owner wanted this fantastic condo to be truly special, and it turned out amazing. It features high-end furniture in every room, upgraded flooring, luxury mattresses, and 4 large smart TVs so you can log into your favorite personal streaming accounts.
There are three spaces for guests to gather and make memories together. The living room is decorated to create a warm, relaxing atmosphere and features comfortable seating—including a new recliner and a queen sleeper sofa. You'll also love the spacious, climate-controlled sunroom with 180-degree views looking out toward Table Rock Lake, the surrounding Ozark hills, and the Chateau on the Lake. It features a wall-mounted smart TV, a comfortable sectional, and a table perfect for morning breakfast or evening board games. If you prefer the open air, head out to the private open deck complete with an outdoor dining table!
The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and extras like a high-end blender. Right off the kitchen is an open dining area with an elegant table for 6, plus additional barstool seating at the counter. You will have every thoughtful kitchen detail—from Crock-Pots to cookie sheets—along with a welcome basket of snacks. As a bonus, the owners upgraded to a full-size, front-loading, high-capacity washer and dryer set to make laundry quick and effortless.
