Rooms and amenities On the ground floor, there is a spacious, open-plan hall that perfectly combines a modern kitchen island with a cozy lounge area. In the center of the room is a wood-burning fireplace, which creates a warm and pleasant home atmosphere on cooler days. The kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable living – it has an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and all necessary dishes. A high-quality water filter is installed in the house, providing very clean drinking water from underground. Free WiFi. BBQ equipment. TV.
Comfortable bedrooms Enjoy a relaxing sleep with perfect climate control all year round. Both the bedrooms and the large living room are equipped with modern heat pumps, which provide heating in winter and air conditioning in summer. For your peace of mind, all bedroom windows are equipped with insect nets.
Outdoor relaxation and additional extras Step outside to our large canopy, which guarantees great relaxation regardless of the weather – even when it rains. Also in the canopy, there is a wood-burning outdoor fireplace.
Right next to the house is a small, naturally maintained pond. You can fish. Please release the fish back into the pond afterwards. You can swim in the pond.

Outdoor hot tub with jacuzzi: A wood-burning hot tub with massage bubbles is located right next to the canopy. Available for an additional fee of 80 euros (advance booking required).
