All areas are open to guests w/the exception of the garage + any locked closets.

Gossage Ln is a private road-please be mindful and do not block the road or drive past our home to turn around.

You will receive a unique access code to use keypad on side door prior to arrival date for entry.

Please call 911 first in the case of an emergency, then contact us immediately after.

Don't hesitate to call or text host if you have any issues or questions, (Yes, even the small ones!) Our goal is for your experience to be a 5-STAR stay so please reach out and let us know if there is anything that is not what you consider top notch. We are here to serve you.

We will gladly meet in person to give access/property highlights and introduce ourselves if this is something you prefer, but usually just allow you private access and use.

- We provide propane for the grill, however, we cannot guarantee a surplus amount + a fee may be applied if left on or used excessively.
- No unregistered guests may stay

An additional $50 fee may be imposed if the following are left in unsatisfactory condition:
- Grill not cleaned after use
- Excessive trash or trash not collected & bagged
- Food and/or dirty dishes left
- If any glitter or confetti is used

✳️ Mosquitos, ticks, and chiggers are common in Kentucky. Bug repellent is recommended when outdoors. Please be aware of outdoor wildlife as this home is near a farm + fields. You may see deer, wild turkey, fox, + more!

✳️ While this home is on a semi-secluded lot, it does have neighbors near and Gossage Ln is a private, dead end road.

✳️ This property does have one step access to the lower level, however there are multiple steps to access the upper loft.
