Gîte du Fiail - Mios

At the gateway to the Arcachon Bay and the Landes de Gascogne forest, in a small hamlet on the edge of the forest, the Fiail cottage is an old house, completely renovated in 2016, located on a 1,100 m² plot with an enclosed garden. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a small veranda ideal for breakfast, a dining room, a large living room, two bedrooms (two double beds), two bathrooms, one with a toilet, and a separate toilet. A small spare bedroom for children is equipped with two single bunk beds. The cottage is adjoining a garage where you can park your car. The cottage is equipped with electric heating and a pellet stove (pellets are provided for a few fires, then at an additional cost). A Green Up outlet is available for electric vehicles, at an additional cost (meter). Table linen is included in the price. Sheet and bath linen rentals are available, as well as end-of-stay cleaning (additional charge). Barbecue and grill are available. Sanguinet Lake is 20 km away, Audenge Natural Swimming Pool is 14 km away (free). In Lanton, there's the Bassin Beach. Marquèze Ecomuseum is 58 km away. Gas for cooking (if the cooktop uses this energy), water (within reasonable limits), electricity, and heating. Pellets are provided for a few fires.
