Nestled in between gorgeous mountains on the north coast of Florianopolis, this ground-floor, corner apartment sits right on the oceanfront, offering panoramic views, a spacious open-plan living area and gourmet kitchen, and expansive terraces. The impressive master suite is a highlight in itself—essentially two suites in one, with ocean views even from the shower.

The 2nd and 3rd suite have a queen and double bed, respectively. There is also a smaller bedroom with two single beds and its own private shower, conveniently located near the guest WC.

With a unique layout, the apartment features two large terraces overlooking the ocean and swimming pools. No matter where you are in the flat, whether you're cooking, relaxing in bed, or having a shower, you have the beautiful Atlantic Ocean in view.

The private condominium offers fun and relaxation for the whole family. Alongside our private beach access, you'll find 3 pools, a gym, a game room, a sauna, and a beautifully decorated party room (available to rent for a fee). You'll feel incredibly safe as the gate is staffed with 24hour security, who are friendly and ready to help with anything you might need.
