Summary:
Set at the base of Granby Ranch and tucked alongside the wide-open beauty of Colorado’s mountain landscape, this spacious retreat is designed for easy days outside and comfortable nights together. With multiple living spaces, a private hot tub, outdoor fire pit, foosball table, and plenty of room for families and groups to spread out, it’s an ideal home base for experiencing Grand County in every season.
In winter, spend your days skiing and riding at Granby Ranch before coming home to soak in the private hot tub. When the snow melts, hiking, biking, golf, fishing, and long Colorado evenings take center stage.
The Space:
The home is spread across two levels, giving your group plenty of space to gather while still offering room to retreat.
On the lower level, a comfortable living and game area features a large sectional, Fire TV, and foosball table. Step directly outside to the private hot tub and propane fire pit for an evening under the Colorado sky.
Two bedrooms are also located on this level. The king bedroom offers a comfortable space to unwind, while the bunk room is perfect for kids, friends, or additional guests with a twin-over-twin bunk bed plus a twin daybed with a pull-out trundle that can be configured as two twins or combined into a king.
A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a dedicated laundry area with a washer and dryer complete the lower level.
Upstairs
The second level opens into the main gathering spaces of the home.
The dining room comfortably seats eight for family dinners, game nights, or a big breakfast before heading to the mountain.
The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for preparing meals at home, with a large island, full-size refrigerator, oven and range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, glassware, and other everyday kitchen essentials.
