Wake up to beautiful Gulf views at Edgewater 403, a spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom Gulf front condo offering the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and resort amenities. Located on the fourth floor and close to the elevator, this condo gives you an incredible view of the Gulf without being too high above the beach.
Step inside and you'll immediately notice the unique character of this home, beginning with a custom stained glass window and continuing with beautiful artwork and sculptures throughout. The open floor plan provides plenty of room to relax while keeping the Gulf just beyond your living space.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, black appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Coffee lovers have their choice of both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker. The kitchen opens to the dining area and spacious living room, furnished with comfortable white leather seating, including a queen sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV.
One of the best features of Edgewater 403 is the expansive Gulf front balcony. Accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, the balcony offers plenty of room to enjoy the view. Start your morning with coffee overlooking the Gulf, enjoy a meal at the outdoor table for four, or stretch out on the chaise lounge and listen to the waves.
The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, updated contemporary furnishings, and private access to the Gulf front balcony. The adjoining primary bathroom includes a dual vanity and walk in shower. A second full bathroom offers a tub and shower combination, making this one bedroom condo especially convenient for families and groups of up to four.
For added convenience, Edgewater 403 includes an in unit washer and dryer, complimentary WiFi, parking, beach towels, starter supplies, and TVs.
