About this house rental
The upstairs bedroom has one queen bed, closet and dresser storage, a ceiling fan, and a window air conditioner. The lower bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk, pull-out twin trundle, and its own sitting area. A sleeper sofa provides another sleeping option, but the maximum occupancy remains six.
The lower bathroom has a glass walk-in shower with a built-in seat. The upstairs bathroom has a tub and shower combination, wide vanity, and towel storage.
The main living room has wide windows, several sofas and chairs, a television, board games, and a cast-iron propane stove styled like a traditional wood stove. A second TV area is downstairs. The kitchen opens to the dining and living spaces and includes a full-size refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and a separate coffee station with a drip brewer, grinder, and electric kettle.
The garage game room has ping-pong, foosball, a television, and seating. A multi-pair boot dryer helps with wet ski gear, and the mudroom has hooks and a bench for coats and boots.
Outside, a gas grill sits under the covered porch. The landscaped firepit has four Adirondack chairs. Paths lead through the gardens and surrounding woods, and the property has a broad lawn with seasonal mountain views.
A car is necessary for this rural Plymouth address. Killington and Okemo are each about a 20-minute drive, and Woodstock village is about 20 to 25 minutes away. Lakes, hiking, and scenic drives are also within reach. Winter tires or all-wheel drive are strongly recommended during snow season.
Check-in uses a smart lock. The primary renter must be 25 or older. Pets, parties, smoking, and vaping are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, and a signed rental agreement is required. Follow the provided instructions for the propane stove, grill, firepit, boot dryers, and game equipment. Local help is available through Simple Vacation Rentals by Dave McComb.
