This comfortable 3-bedroom home sleeps up to 6 guests and combines a convenient Lincoln location with the privacy and outdoor space that can be hard to find in a condo. Walk to downtown restaurants and shops, then return to your own private outdoor retreat.

Prepare meals at home in a kitchen stocked for everyday cooking. Cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee supplies and other kitchen essentials are provided.
BATHROOMS AND LAUNDRY
The home has 1.5 bathrooms, with towels and everyday bath essentials provided.
A private washer and dryer are available for guests, making longer stays, family trips and ski vacations more convenient.
GEAR STORAGE
One garage bay is available for storing skis, snowboards, bikes, and other outdoor gear. It is unheated and not fully weather-tight, so belongings may be exposed to moisture and changing temperatures. Please store items accordingly. The garage is for gear storage only, not vehicle parking.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours, including while using the hot tub, fire pit and outdoor lounge. The home is located in a residential area, and we ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors.
A privacy-safe noise monitoring device is installed at the property to help ensure neighborhood quiet hours are respected. The device monitors sound levels only and does not record conversations or audio.
Exterior security cameras are located on the property for safety and security. Cameras monitor exterior areas only and do not monitor any indoor or private areas.
Parties, events and disruptive gatherings are not permitted.
Pets are not permitted.
Two guaranteed parking spaces are available behind the house at the garage, across the small lane from the home. A third grass parking space is available when weather and ground conditions permit. No street parking is allowed.
The private saltwater hot tub is available year-round. The outdoor fire pit area is seasonal and is not maintained or shoveled during the winter months. Guests are asked to follow the provided hot tub and fire pit instructions and supervise children at all times around these amenities.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including the hot tub, covered lounge, and seasonal fire pit area. The unfinished basement and locked owner storage areas are not accessible to guests. One locked owner’s closet is located in the California King bedroom. Entry is through a smart lock with a unique access code provided before check-in.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Outdoor smoking is allowed; please dispose of cigarette butts properly and do not leave ash or butts on the property.
