This comfortable 3-bedroom home sleeps up to 6 guests and combines a convenient Lincoln location with the privacy and outdoor space that can be hard to find in a condo. Walk to downtown restaurants and shops, then return to your own private outdoor retreat.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Primary Bedroom
California King bed, Smart TV and storage space.

Second Bedroom
Queen bed, Smart TV and storage space.

Third Bedroom
Two twin beds and a Smart TV. This setup works especially well for children, friends or additional guests.

PRIVATE OUTDOOR RETREAT

The outdoor space is one of the highlights of the property.

Enjoy the private year-round saltwater hot tub, gather around the Solo Stove fire pit, or settle into the covered outdoor lounge with comfortable seating and string lighting.

The private yard also provides additional space to relax, dine and enjoy the mountain air.

LIVING AND DINING

The comfortable living room provides plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring, along with a Roku-equipped Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies.

The adjoining dining area gives your group a comfortable place to enjoy meals together.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN

Prepare meals at home in a kitchen stocked for everyday cooking. Cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee supplies and other kitchen essentials are provided.

BATHROOMS AND LAUNDRY

The home has 1.5 bathrooms, with towels and everyday bath essentials provided.

A private washer and dryer are available for guests, making longer stays, family trips and ski vacations more convenient.

GEAR STORAGE

Garage space is available for storing skis, snowboards, bikes and other outdoor equipment so you can keep your gear secure and out of the main living areas.

Enjoy a convenient Lincoln location with easy access to everything the White Mountains have to offer.

Walk to downtown Lincoln restaurants and shops, reach Loon Mountain within minutes, and enjoy easy access to Flume Gorge, Franconia Notch, the Kancamagus Highway, hiking trails and other year-round attractions.

Whether you're visiting for skiing, hiking, fall foliage, summer adventures or simply a relaxing mountain getaway, Loon Mountain Retreat gives you a comfortable and private place to come home to.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours, including while using the hot tub, fire pit and outdoor lounge. The home is located in a residential area, and we ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors.

A privacy-safe noise monitoring device is installed at the property to help ensure neighborhood quiet hours are respected. The device monitors sound levels only and does not record conversations or audio.

Exterior security cameras are located on the property for safety and security. Cameras monitor exterior areas only and do not monitor any indoor or private areas.

Parties, events and disruptive gatherings are not permitted.

Pets are not permitted.

On-site parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.

OWNER STORAGE

One closet in the primary bedroom is locked and reserved for owner and housekeeping supplies. This closet is not accessible to guests. Additional storage space is available for guest use.

The private saltwater hot tub is available year-round. Guests are asked to follow the provided hot tub and fire pit instructions and supervise children at all times around these amenities.
