This barrier-free, 3-star apartment with Wi-Fi is located in the heart of Willingen – directly behind the town hall, on a hillside, on the first floor of an apartment building with an elevator. ✔ With short walks to the town center (100m) and the pub district/nightlife (200m), this apartment is ideal for night owls, short breaks, and families during the holidays who like to be right in the middle of things and have everything within easy reach. ✔

The modern, 3-star apartment is compactly furnished. You'll find everything you would expect from a modern holiday apartment, but no unnecessary frills. ✔ From the living room and terrace, you can look out over the rooftops of old Willingen to the Ohrenberg ski jump. ✔

Apartment layout and furnishings:

✔ - Living room with satellite TV, free SKY TV, stereo system,
games collection, sofa bed, and dining area.

✔ - South-southeast-facing terrace with seating and a view of the Ohrenberg ski jump.

✔ - Open-plan kitchen with a four-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, and
practical equipment (microwave, kettle, toaster,
and coffee maker).

✔ - One bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe.

✔ - Another bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe.

✔ - Shower room with a vanity mirror and hairdryer.

✔ - Private underground parking space.

✔ - Wi-Fi.

✔ - The building has a bicycle storage room, coin-operated washing machine, and dryer.

The fifth person sleeps on the sofa bed in the living room.

As a precautionary measure regarding Willingen's party tourism, we would like to point out that we value respectful guests and do not permit or tolerate excessive socializing – such as parties, loud music, and other boisterous celebrations – on the terrace, balcony, or inside the house! If you enjoy yourself in the local restaurants, but behave appropriately and respectfully within the house, you are welcome guests. We ask you to objectively assess whether you would be a good fit for our establishment. Please also be sure to refer to section 12 of our Terms and Conditions!

We do not rent to party clubs, stag/hen parties, "social" sports clubs, or groups of people under 30!
