This renovated 30m² apartment on the upper floor of one of the oldest houses in the village is located in the heart of Varengeville-sur-Mer. The village center with its shops and restaurants is within walking distance.
The decor is inspired by its owner, a painter whose gallery is located on the ground floor across the house.
The apartment has one bedroom (bed 160 x 200 cm) and can accommodate two people.
One child can be accommodated (sofa bed in the living area).
The open-plan American-style kitchen is equipped with two induction hobs, a refrigerator, a multi-function oven, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, a classic coffee maker and a Nespresso machine, a toaster, and a kettle.
Internet access (Wi-Fi) and electric heating are provided.
The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, and the toilet is separate.
You have a private garden with garden furniture and a fence.
