The apartment is located on the first floor and is tastefully and luxuriously furnished. It features a living room with an integrated kitchenette and a west-facing balcony with views of the dike.

Adjacent to the living room is a shower room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a small hallway with storage space under the stairs. The stairs lead to the comfortably converted attic with two additional single beds.

The living/kitchen area has vinyl flooring, while the sleeping area is carpeted.
