About this house rental
The detached holiday home Maya in Warwerort, about 6 km from Büsum, is a comfortable accommodation for up to 3 people and is situated in a rural, village setting right by the sea. The beach and sea are just 150 m away – ideal if you appreciate short distances for walks along the water, swimming trips, or sporting activities.
One dog is welcome to join you on holiday.
On 45 m², on the ground floor, the Maya house offers a total of 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a separate kitchen with a dining table.
In the living area, you will find a spacious seating area and a comfortable armchair, a TV, and a radio. From this room, you can access the lovely garden area, which, with its covered terrace, offers the opportunity to enjoy the North Sea air, whether the sun is shining or it's raining.
Here you can enjoy the garden view from a beach chair (April-October) and the advantages of a private, fenced property.
The fully equipped, enclosed kitchen is ideal for self-catering: a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster are all provided. The dining table offers a comfortable setting for shared meals or an afternoon coffee. Mosquito nets ensure comfort on warm days.
One of the two bedrooms features a double bed (1.80m x 2m, with two single mattresses). The other bedroom has a new sofa bed (1.40m x 1.90m) that can be pulled out. This bedroom can accommodate one adult or two small children. A wardrobe for your holiday clothes is located in the hallway, which also includes a storage room for your belongings.
A baby cot can only be placed in the second bedroom or in the living room.
The small bathroom with a window has a toilet and a shower (not walk-in).
The house is heated by night storage heaters, which are simple and provide a cozy warmth.
