No parties, events, conferences, or large gatherings are permitted.
This home is intended for quiet couples, families, and groups traveling together.
Undisclosed guests or unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate eviction and additional fees.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours.

🧹 CLEANLINESS & CARE

Please treat the home as if it were your own and leave it in reasonably clean condition.
Please wash dishes, dispose of trash properly, and avoid rearranging furniture.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, including perishable food left behind, excessive dishes, furniture being rearranged, or excessive trash, an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 may apply.

🕙 CHECK-OUT

Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in additional fees depending on the length of the delay.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, staying past 10:00 AM may result in a charge of 50% of the nightly rate.
Staying past the agreed check-out time without authorization may be considered trespassing.

Please lock and secure all doors and windows whenever leaving the property.
This property is equipped with exterior security cameras, including cameras covering the garage area.
Cameras are located only outside the property and in the garage. They are used to monitor check-in, verify guest counts, and review footage if an incident occurs.

🕯️ CANDLES & FIRE SAFETY

Please use supplied candles responsibly.
Always extinguish candles before leaving the property and before going to bed.
Please make sure the stovetop and oven are completely turned off before leaving the property or going to bed.
The property is equipped with a smart fire alarm and carbon monoxide detector. Smoke detection may automatically alert management via text message.

🧻 AMENITY STOCK & RESTOCK

We provide an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other basic household items sufficient for approximately 3 days.
Guests are responsible for replenishing these items if additional supplies are needed during their stay.

CHILDREN

The property is suitable for children ages 2–12.
