About this apartment rental

Once a charming boarding house, Victoria House has stayed in the family for generations and now features five locally inspired, themed rentals just one block from Historic Downtown Sevierville. This historic home was built in 1921 by my great-grandmother Victoria, lovingly known as Mum-mum.
Each suite is private and uniquely themed, with its own entrance and private deck with hot tub. Guests can walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, then return to a relaxed, comfortable space. All units share a fenced backyard with yard games, a covered fire pit, and grills. It’s a laid-back spot to unwind after exploring town or the surrounding Smoky Mountain area.

Coat of Many Colors suite, private porch with hot-tub, and yard.

Use the free street parking on 121 Joy Street, or use the lot behind Victoria House off of Cedar Street. The smart lock entrance to the Coat of Many Colors suite is the left most door on the front porch.

Located in Sevierville — the charming small city that serves as the authentic gateway to the Smoky Mountains before the tourist buzz of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg begins — this home offers the ideal base for exploring Tennessee's most visited region. Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, one of the nation's top-rated theme parks, are about 10–15 minutes south. Gatlinburg and the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park are about 25 minutes south. Sevierville itself has a quieter, more local character — the Sevierville Commons shopping area, outlet malls, and a growing dining scene make it practical and enjoyable. The statue of hometown hero Dolly Parton in front of the historic courthouse is a must-see.

A car is essential — the entire Smokies corridor is car-dependent. Pigeon Forge and Dollywood are 10–15 minutes south; Gatlinburg and the national park are about 25 minutes south. McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville (TYS) is approximately 35–40 minutes northwest. Ride-share has limited availability in the Smokies area — a rental car is strongly recommended for exploring the region.
