    I booked a "Suite" expecting a 5-star property, but based on the facilities, it is a 3-star at best. The app showed amenities like a bar and a restaurant, which simply did not exist. The biggest scam is how they advertise their room sizes. I was given their "Suite" (which is indeed their largest room, as their standard rooms are barely 10x10), but the Agoda listing falsely claimed the Suite is 549 sq. ft. (51 sq. meters). In reality, the room area (excluding the bathroom) is barely 10x13 ft! When I confronted the staff, they were embarrassed and admitted the false information. While the room was clean and the staff's behavior was polite, their embarrassment doesn't justify the premium I paid for a falsely advertised room. Agoda is equally responsible here for listing properties with such blatant lies without zero ground verification. ​ अगोड़ा पर 5-स्टार प्रॉपर्टी समझकर एक 'स्वीट' (Suite) बुक किया था, लेकिन यह ज्यादा से ज्यादा 3-स्टार होटल है। ऐप पर दिखाई गई बार और रेस्टोरेंट जैसी सुविधाएं वहां थीं ही नहीं। सबसे बड़ा धोखा कमरों के साइज को लेकर है। मुझे उनका 'स्वीट' ही दिया गया था (जो उनके होटल का सबसे बड़ा कमरा है, क्योंकि बाकी कमरे तो 10x10 के थे), लेकिन ऐप पर इस स्वीट का साइज 549 स्क्वायर फीट (51 स्क्वायर मीटर) लिखा था। असल में, बाथरूम एरिया को छोड़कर यह कमरा मुश्किल से 10x13 फीट का था! जब मैंने स्टाफ से बात की तो वे अपनी इस गलत जानकारी पर काफी शर्मिंदा थे। हालांकि रूम साफ था और स्टाफ का बर्ताव अच्छा था, लेकिन इससे मेरे पैसे तो वसूल नहीं हो जाते। बिना किसी वेरिफिकेशन के इतने झूठे दावों वाले होटल को अपनी साइट पर लिस्ट करने के लिए अगोड़ा भी बराबर का जिम्मेदार है।
